Our Requirements

Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old for any service.

Puppies under 16 weeks are at a sensitive stage, and a scare at that age can stay with them into adulthood. We would rather your puppy’s first visits come when they are ready to enjoy them.

Dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered to join daycare. Daycare is part of every boarding stay, so the same applies to boarding.

Adolescent dogs often develop behaviors that do not suit group play. Keeping every playgroup calm, fun and non-competitive is what this protects.

The health of every dog in our care comes first. Vaccinations must be current for every service, grooming included, and we need a copy of your dog’s records from your veterinarian.

• DA2PP (distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, parainfluenza): 1 or 3 year
• Rabies: 1 or 3 year
• Bordetella: 6 month or 1 year

Every dog completes a Temperament Evaluation before daycare or boarding, so we know your dog can play safely with our other guests. Returning after more than a year away? We evaluate again.

Some dogs are better served by a veterinarian, in-home care or another setting, and we would rather say so up front. If an evaluation shows your dog is not ready for a group, we will tell you plainly and recommend next steps.

For daycare and boarding, we are unable to accept dogs that:

• Need injectable medication
• Are diabetic
• Are pregnant, nursing or in heat
• Have an active contagious illness or condition
• Have a bite history
• Are aggressive toward dogs or people

2. Meet us. Your dog completes a Temperament Evaluation with our team.
3. Book online. Once your dog passes, you get online booking. Then Come. Stay. Play.
